So far I am very happy with this tub. Goes up and down smoothly, a little slow but better than to fast. I love the faucet. You can fill shampoo bottles with the spout and switch it easily for washing. Perfect for dogs of every size and cats too. The bath mat is a nice addition you don’t usually get and it doesn’t have those plastic inserts that are so hard to clean! I’m short but it goes way up and down is okay too. Overall I would definitely recommend this tub
